金铭钥学校的发展，在频频创下“金铭钥速度和成就”的背后，得益于强大的师资力量。据了解，自2020年成立以来，金铭钥致力于打造一支专业强、水平高的师资队伍。其中刘老师被评为“袋鼠数学优秀指导教师”、徐老师在2021年FIT国际教师风采大赛中获奖、2名教师在剑桥国际“课程融合和创新”课程大赛中获奖、郝老师获评“袋鼠数学优秀指导教师”“UKMT 英国思维挑战赛优秀指导教师”、3名教师被聘为袋鼠思维挑战活动中国专家委员会成员。目前，金铭钥拥有多位高水平竞赛优秀指导老师，形成强大的国际教育军团。

而优秀的教师也培养了出类拔萃的学生。我校13名学生在袋鼠数学思维挑战赛中获奖，7名学生在ASDAN商赛中获奖，3名学生在全国数独锦标赛中获奖。在中小学生航天科技创新实践大赛中，8名学生夺得第三名，在行知科创教育节中5名学生勇夺一等奖，7位学生的绘画作品入选芬兰VIMPELI国际艺术特刊，1名学生在中小学游泳比赛中荣获第三名。6年级学生李赫恩在中国赛区脱颖而出，奔赴美国参与Spelling Bee全球总决赛。在各大国内外赛中，他们都名列前茅，大放异彩。

Thirteen students in our school won prizes in the Math Kangaroo, seven students won prizes in the ASDAN Business Competition, and three students won prizes in the National Sudoku Championship. Eight students won the third place in the Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Practice Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students, five students won the first prize in the Xingzhi Kechuang Education Festival, seven students' paintings were selected into the Finnish VIMPELI International Art Special Issue, and one student won the third place in the swimming competition for primary and secondary schools. Helen Li, a sixth-grade student, stood out in China and went to the United States to participate in the Spelling Bee Global Finals. In the major domestic and foreign competitions, they are among the best and shine brilliantly.
